How can I buy tickets?
Tickets to all The Arts Centre Gold Coast events are sold through the Box Office. Ticket sales are available by phone, online and by mail as well as in person. The Box Office also provides ticketing services for events staged in venues other than The Arts Centre.
 
What shows are on and what are their prices and seating layouts?
Check out the What's On Page to search for shows by keywords, interests or date ranges.
 
How can I get information about upcoming shows?
You can register for a fortnightly newsletter that keeps you up to date with The Arts Centre’s shows, special offers and priority offers that may be available from time to time. Our website provides information of shows on sale and allows you to book many performances online. Simply use the event search tool on the homepage in order to search for events on sale. 
 
Why can’t I change my date/time/performance?
It is a condition of sale that there are no cancellations, exchanges or refunds once a purchase has been made.
 
Can I choose my seat?
When purchasing online for most events you will be offered the next best seating available, which you do not have to accept if it does not suit you. To choose specific seating you can call one of our Customer Services Representatives on 07 5588 4000 between 9am and 9pm Monday to Saturday or 11am – 7pm on Sunday and they can give you a few different seating options depending on availability.
 
I’ve lost my tickets, what do I do?
Call one of our Box Office operators on 07 5588 4000 with your booking reference number and explain what has happened. They will arrange for a Lost Ticket Pass (replacement tickets) to be issued to you on the day of the performance only, which can be collected from the Box Office.

Redeeming Complimentary Cinema Passes
The Arts Centre Gold Coast Complimentary Passes are valid for all movies at all times except those stating: No Free Tickets, No Free List. This term is at the Distributors discretion.
